Strategic Partnership for Urban Growth
- HUDCO signed a non-binding MoU with MPUDCL on July 11 in Indore for ₹1 lakh crore for five years
- The funds assistance will finance housing, smart city development, water supply, sanitation, roads, and urban mobility initiatives
- Capacity-building consultancy and support services will be provided to enable effective implementation

- Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, Urban Development Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya, and HUDCO CMD Sanjay Kulshrestha were present on the occasion of signing.
- The plan aligns with the state push for sustainable and inclusive urbanization in accordance with Viksit Bharat vision
HUDCO's Financial Performance and Strength
- HUDCO reported a 4% quarter-on-quarter growth in net profit at ₹728 crore in Q4 FY25
- Net Interest Income rose 26% to ₹962 crore, and Assets Under Management rose 35%
- Gross NPA declined to 1.67% and Net NPA to 0.25%, reflecting asset quality improvement
- Final dividend of ₹1.05 per equity share for the year FY25 is recommended
