Hyatt Hotels Corporation is gearing up to launch its extended-stay brand, Hyatt House, in India’s National Capital Region, with a new property featuring 127 keys in Noida’s Sector 140A. This hotel is part of the impressive mixed-use development known as The Flagship, which is owned by IT Infrastructure Park Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of the CRC Group. The aim is to cater to the growing demand for premium, long-term accommodations in this rapidly expanding commercial hub.
Hyatt House Noida is designed with business travelers, expatriates, and families in mind, offering residential-style suites that combine comfort and convenience for stays that can last anywhere from a single night to several months. Guests can enjoy a top-notch fitness center, an outdoor swimming pool, and a recreational area complete with gaming consoles, billiards, and board games.
When it comes to dining, there’s a 125-seat all-day restaurant, a poolside bar, and a market-style grab-and-go café. The hotel also boasts outdoor seating, a private dining room that can accommodate 20-25 guests, and spacious conference and event areas perfect for corporate meetings and social events.
Dhruva Rathore, Hyatt’s Vice President of Development for India & Southwest Asia, emphasized the hotel’s mission to provide a “home-away-from-home experience” in Noida’s bustling commercial landscape. With this launch, Hyatt House is set to transform extended-stay hospitality in the NCR region, catering to the booming corporate sector fueled by industries like IT, electronics, automotive, and food processing.
