Influx Healthtech Limited, a reputed Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) in the health and wellness sector, announced a strategic acquisition of commercial land and factory premises to support its operational growth. The company has entered into a purchase agreement with Parikh Energysystems Private Limited for a total consideration of ₹2.11 crore, exclusive of applicable stamp duty and registration fees.
The property comprises 1,222 square meters of land and 788.69 square meters of factory space situated at Plot No. 41, Genesis Industrial Complex, Gat No 251, Kilgaon Village, Taluka Palghar. This purchase will augment Influx’s manufacturing capabilities, enabling it to meet rising demand in nutraceuticals, cosmetics, and allied sectors.
Importantly, this transaction is strictly arm’s length, with no shareholding links or related party involvement from promoters or key managerial personnel, ensuring transparent corporate governance.
