Key Highlights for “Man vs Baby”
The series premieres globally on December 11, 2025, on Netflix, and consists of four half-hour episodes featuring Atkinson’s signature comedy style in a family-friendly format.
Atkinson reprises his role as Trevor Bingley, first seen struggling against a bee in “Man vs Bee.” This time, Trevor faces the unpredictable challenge of looking after a baby amid a plush London penthouse during the Christmas holidays.
The story picks up as Trevor, now a school caretaker, is drawn back to a caretaking gig by the lure of luxury. When the school’s nativity Baby Jesus is left uncollected, Trevor’s planned peaceful holiday spirals into comedic disorder as he is left juggling a penthouse, two jobs, and one real baby.
Alanah Bloor joins the cast as Trevor’s daughter Maddy, replacing India Fowler. The show brings back Atkinson’s longtime collaborator Will Davies, who co-writes the series, with direction by David Kerr.
First-look images showcase Atkinson in comic chaos—feeding two babies at once, wrangling a Christmas tree, and struggling through a series of physical gags that recall his classic Mr. Bean and Johnny English performances.
Produced by HouseSitter Productions, “Man vs Baby” is designed as a heartwarming, festive family comedy filled with responsibility, laughter, and Atkinson’s timeless blend of slapstick and warmth.
