Love, Laughter, and Culture Clash: ‘A Nice Indian Boy’ Sets Digital Release Date-Here’s Where to Watch

A Nice Indian Boy, the independent rom-com starring Karan Soni and Jonathan Groff, opens on digital on May 6, 2025. After its theatrical run and festival activity, the film will be available to rent or buy on major Video on Demand platforms, including Fandango at Home, Amazon, and Apple TV.

 

Directed by Roshan Sethi and adapted from Madhuri Shekar's play, the film is about Naveen, an Indian-American doctor, bringing his fiancé Jay-a white man adopted by Indian parents-to meet his traditional family. The film has received critical acclaim for its warm humor and cultural awareness.

 

There's no release date on streaming subscription services or physical release yet. For now, the fans can watch the film digitally from May 6.
