Magellanic Cloud Ltd has taken a decisive leap in its expansion strategy by announcing the 100% acquisition of Finoux Solutions at an estimated cost of ₹438 million. The board has formally approved a share purchase agreement, marking a significant milestone in the company’s aggressive inorganic growth roadmap.

The company’s leadership, under Global CEO Joseph Sudheer Thumma, has emphasized that only businesses strategically aligned with Magellanic Cloud’s technology, geography, and client expansion goals are being targeted.
Magellanic Cloud is on track to surpass ₹600 crore in revenue within the next two years, leveraging acquisitions like Finoux Solutions to enhance its fintech and IT services portfolio.
The deal is part of a larger pipeline, with several acquisitions planned across India, the US, and Dubai, focusing on sectors such as e-surveillance, staffing, and digital transformation.
Funding for the acquisition will be a mix of internal accruals and equity or debt, with payments structured in tranches over the coming 18 months.
