The acquisition adds Agio's proprietary GenAI-fueled IT delivery platform, AgioNow, to Netrio's service offerings. Netrio CEO Mark Clayman pointed out that the addition of Agio is a critical move in revolutionizing how small and mid-market businesses use technology for growth, efficiency, and innovation. Both organizations' clients will gain through a more comprehensive suite of offerings, greater skill sets, and additional resources. Employees will also stand to gain new career advancement and skills opportunities within the integrated entity.
Bart McDonough, Agio's CEO and founder, noted that going into partnership with Netrio will enable Agio to grow its vision of providing unmatched protection and AI-powered IT experiences to more customers.
