NITCO’s Billion-Rupee Breakthrough: Prestige Estates Orders Up a Stylish Future

NITCO Ltd reported receiving new orders to the tune of ₹1.11 billion (₹111 crore) from Prestige Estates Projects Limited. The substantial order reflects the continued association between the two companies and is a reflection of the position of NITCO as a top supplier of tiles, marble, and mosaic items to the real estate industry.

 

The order, to be executed within the next six months, will involve NITCO delivering high-quality material for Prestige Estates' new and on-going projects in key Indian cities. NITCO's relationship with Prestige Estates goes back four decades in which NITCO has been delivering high-quality products that add beauty and ambiance to Prestige's signature projects.

 

NITCO Managing Director Vivek Talwar called the extension of the association a welcome step, highlighting the complementary strengths of the two brands and their common focus on quality and innovation in building.

 

This comes on the heels of Prestige Estates' continuing aggressive expansion, including a major foray into the NCR residential market, further underscoring the strategic importance of stable supply partnerships for large-scale real estate developments.
