Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL) has issued a fresh advisory to travelers, warning of possible flight schedule changes and longer wait times at security checkpoints.

Stricter security measures, required by the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security, are being implemented, resulting in more intensive checks at entry and security checkpoints.

Delhi Airport, which normally sees around 1,300 flights a day, however, still functions without much of an impact, owing to advance planning and coordination.
