IHCL, India’s largest hospitality company, announced the signing of a 90-key Ginger hotel in Dimapur, Nagaland. The project, developed in partnership with T.K. Enterprises, represents IHCL’s first venture in the state and strengthens its presence in the Northeast, where it now has 19 hotels, including 10 under development.
Dimapur, known as Nagaland’s economic and cultural hub, is witnessing rising travel demand and infrastructure growth. IHCL’s Executive Vice President for Real Estate and Development, Suma Venkatesh, highlighted that the new hotel aligns with the company’s strategy to expand across emerging destinations. The property will feature modern amenities, cityscape views, and Ginger’s signature blend of comfort and functionality.
