NTT Data To Add 5,000 Jobs In India As Large Tech Deals Surge

NTT Data has announced plans to significantly expand its India operations by hiring 5,000 professionals in 2026. The move comes amid a surge in large-scale digital transformation contracts, with $100 million-plus deals doubling over the past year. India continues to serve as a critical growth engine for the Japanese IT services giant, which already employs around 40,000 people in the country.
