Pidilite Ventures Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of Pidilite Industries, has invested up to ₹340 million in Imagimake Play Solutions’ Series B funding round. The move marks its second investment in the educational toy company, aiming to boost Imagimake’s manufacturing capacity, innovation pipeline, and international distribution expansion.
Pidilite Ventures Pvt. Ltd., the venture investment arm of Pidilite Industries Ltd., announced a fresh investment of up to ₹340 million in Imagimake Play Solutions Pvt. Ltd., an innovation-led educational toys and hobby products company. The Series B funding round, comprising both primary and secondary capital, strengthens Pidilite's commitment to fostering creativity, learning, and skill development through play.
This marks Pidilite Ventures’ second investment in Imagimake, following a ₹200 million Series A infusion in October 2023. With this transaction, Pidilite’s total shareholding in Imagimake will reach up to 26.15% on a fully diluted basis. The investment will be made through cash consideration by subscribing to Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares and acquiring equity shares from existing shareholders.
