Tata Motors is preparing to introduce a facelifted variant of its premium hatchback, the Altroz, later this year. Recently spotted test mules show changes like more angular LED headlights, new bumpers, fresh alloy wheels, and improved interiors with features like a 10.25-inch infotainment display and ventilated seats. The facelift will still have its universal powertrains, such as petrol, turbo-petrol, CNG, and diesel, making it the sole diesel hatchback in its class. The update hopes to increase sales in the wake of tough competition from the Hyundai i20 and Toyota Glanza.
