BMW Group has introduced the new Mini Cooper S Convertible in India at ₹58.50 lakh (ex-showroom), making it the most affordable drop-top car in the country. With refreshed styling, upgraded performance, and modern tech, the convertible blends Mini’s iconic charm with contemporary driving thrills.
Arriving as a completely built-up unit (CBU), the model commands a ₹14.80 lakh premium over the standard Cooper S. Powered by a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine delivering 201 bhp, it accelerates from 0–100 kmph in 6.9 seconds and reaches a top speed of 240 kmph. The fabric roof opens or closes in under 20 seconds, even at speeds up to 30 kmph. Inside, a 9.4-inch OLED display, digital cockpit, and premium upholstery elevate the cabin experience.
