RRP Defense Secures French LoI for Drone Command Systems Under ‘Make in India’

RRP Defense Ltd has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from CYGR France to manufacture advanced drone command systems at its upcoming facility in Navi Mumbai. The move marks a major milestone in India’s push for indigenous defense production.
 
Key Highlights:
 
- The LoI is part of a broader strategic collaboration between RRP Defense’s Vimananu Ltd and CYGR, a Franco-American UAV firm.
- The facility will produce tactical, ISR, and nano drones tailored for defense, homeland security, and industrial use.
- CYGR has committed an initial contract worth over USD 20 million, with production volumes expected in the hundreds annually.
