Rushil Decor Ltd Q4 FY25 Results: Revenue Rises to ₹2.31 Billion, Net Profit at ₹127.4 Million

Rushil Decor Ltd has announced its consolidated financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2025, showcasing robust revenue growth and steady operational performance in the wood and decorative panel industry.

 

Strong Revenue Growth:

Consolidated revenue from operations for the March quarter stood at ₹2.31 billion (₹231.4 crore), marking a year-on-year increase of over 9%. The growth was driven by sustained demand and expanded market presence in both domestic and export segments.

 

Profitability Update:

The company reported a consolidated net profit of ₹127.4 million (₹12.74 crore) for the quarter. While profit margins remained healthy, net profit was impacted by a one-time short provision for income tax from earlier years. Excluding this, the underlying profitability showed improvement compared to the previous quarter.

 

Operational Efficiency:

The MDF (Medium Density Fibreboard) segment saw a 13% year-on-year increase in sales volume, with average capacity utilization reaching 89% for the quarter. This operational efficiency contributed to the company’s ability to maintain margins despite input cost pressures.

 

EBITDA Performance:

Quarterly EBITDA stood at ₹292.3 million (₹29.23 crore), reflecting stable operational performance and effective cost management.

 

Market Outlook:

Management remains optimistic about future growth, citing strong demand trends in the construction and interiors sectors and ongoing efforts to enhance product offerings and expand export markets.
