Six Teams, One Dream: Vidarbha Pro T20 League Takes Off

Vidarbha Cricket Association (VCA) has announced the team and final roster of highly anticipated first edition of Vidarbha Pro T20 League (VPTL) officially, leaving spectators eagerly looking forward to the action-packed cricket entertainment from June 5 to 15 at top-notch VCA Stadium at Jamtha, Nagpur.
Key Highlights:

The VPTL will consist of six men's franchise teams and three women's teams, together hosting a dynamic array of fresh talent, local heroes, and veteran campaigners from the Vidarbha region.

All teams, each of 16 players, were carefully pre-selected by the VCA Senior Selection Committee to provide competitive balance.

The six men's franchises and their promoters are:

Neco Master Blaster (Neco Group)

Orange Tigers (Abhijit Realtors & Infraventures Pvt. Ltd)

Nagpur Titans (Sanvijay Group)

Bharat Rangers (Rohit Iron & Steel (India) Pvt. Ltd)

Nagpur Heroz (Lily Infraventure)

Pagariya Strikers (Pagariya Group)

The women's league will also be conducted concurrently with Neco Master Blaster, Orange Tigresses, and Nagpur Titans.

Team distribution was carried out fairly through a draw of lots for justice and excitement in franchise selection.

The league is managed by Arivaa Sports Private Limited, who are most noted for their efforts in the Bengal Pro T20 League, ensuring world-class professionalism and management.

Indian cricket greats Umesh Yadav and Jhulan Goswami have been made official brand ambassadors for the inaugural season.

VPTL aims to provide a high-class platform for local talent, develop the domestic cricket ecosystem in Central India, and foster long-term relationships between franchises and the VCA.
