Solar Momentum: NTPC Green Energy Adds 25 MW to Gujarat’s Clean Energy Grid

NTPC Green Energy Ltd (NGEL) has announced the commencement of commercial operations for part of its solar project capacity in Bhuj, Gujarat. The 25 MW segment of a larger 37.5 MW solar installation managed by Ayana Renewable Power Four Private Limited, a subsidiary linked to the joint venture ONGC NTPC Green Private Limited, was declared operational effective from September 27, 2025. This milestone reflects NGEL’s ongoing commitment to expanding renewable energy capacity in India.
