Stronger Than Ever: Apollo Hospitals’ Q4 Results Shine with Record Revenue and Profit

Apollo Hospitals delivered a solid set of numbers for the fourth quarter, surpassing analyst expectations on both revenue and profit. The company reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹55.92 billion for Q4, just above the IBES estimate of ₹55.83 billion. Net profit for the quarter came in at ₹3.9 billion, also topping the IBES forecast of ₹3.71 billion.

Revenue Growth: Q4 consolidated revenue rose by around 13% year-on-year, driven by higher patient volumes and a favorable case mix. The hospital segment remained the main growth engine, with occupancy rates steady at 68% and average revenue per occupied bed (ARPOB) up 4% year-on-year.
Profitability: Net profit reached ₹3.9 billion, reflecting improved operating efficiencies and stable costs. EBITDA for the quarter increased 24% to ₹762 crore, with margins improving to 13.8%, up from 12.7% a year ago.
Digital Expansion: Apollo 24/7, the company’s digital health platform, continued to gain traction, posting a 6% sequential rise in gross merchandise value to ₹8,000 crore.
Pharmacy and Expansion: Pharmacy revenues maintained mid-teen growth, and Apollo is on track with expansion projects in key cities like Gurugram, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, and Mysore. The company plans to add 1,737 beds in FY26, targeting high-margin specialties.
Outlook: Analysts note that Apollo’s stable core metrics, digital growth, and strategic expansion position it well for continued strong performance.
