To ease seasonal travel demand and support migrant movement, Southern Railway has announced a series of special trains between Ernakulam Junction and Patna Junction, traversing key cities in Tamil Nadu. These services aim to provide enhanced connectivity between Kerala and Bihar, especially benefiting passengers from Tamil Nadu en route.

- Train numbers: 06085 (Ernakulam–Patna) and 06086 (Patna–Ernakulam)
- Departure schedule:
- From Ernakulam: July 25, August 1, 8, and 15 (Fridays) at 11:00 PM
- From Patna: July 28, August 4, 11, and 18 (Mondays) at 11:45 PM
- Journey duration: Approximately 52 hours and 30 minutes
- Distance covered: 2868 kilometers
