India’s latest “360 ONE Wealth Creators List” just dropped, and it’s clear that the next generation of business leaders is making a big impact. The Ambani siblings—Aakash, Anant, and Isha—have taken the top three spots among India’s richest under 40, while several self-made entrepreneurs are also climbing the ranks.
Key Highlights:
Aakash and Anant Ambani, both from Reliance Industries, are tied at the top with personal net worths of ₹3,59,127 crore (about $43 billion each). Their sister Isha Ambani isn’t far behind, with ₹3,58,318 crore (about $42.9 billion).
This is the first time a data-driven list like this has been released, put together by 360 ONE Wealth and CRISIL. It profiles 143 young wealth creators who are actively shaping India’s business world.
Together, more than 2,000 Indians under 40 now control close to ₹100 trillion in wealth, most of it invested in publicly listed companies.
The list isn’t just about inherited wealth. It also highlights first-generation entrepreneurs who are shaking up traditional industries with digital-first businesses.
Nikhil Kamath, co-founder of Zerodha, made it into the top 10 with a net worth of ₹12,153 crore (about $1.45 billion).
Other familiar names in the top 10 include Varun Jaipuria (Varun Beverages), Bhavish Aggarwal (Ola Electric), and Devansh Jain (Gujarat Fluorochemicals).
The youngest person featured is Shashvat Nakrani, co-founder of BharatPe, at just 27.
It’s a sign of how quickly India’s business scene is changing, with both legacy families and new entrepreneurs driving the country’s growth.
