Vinny Overseas Limited has informed BSE and NSE about a theft at one of its windmill premises in Village Jungi, Taluka Bhachau, Gandhidham, Kutch, on 16 December 2025, disclosed under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The incident involves theft of copper cable weighing about 2,100 kg, a cutter machine and a mobile phone registered in Gujarat.
According to the company, preliminary police investigation suggests restoration of the affected windmill infrastructure could cost approximately ₹1.5 crore, though the book value of stolen items is pegged at about ₹18.52 lakh. Despite this, management expects no significant disruption to the company’s regular business operations.
