NITI Aayog Grants ₹1.55 Crore To Guntupalli RISE Centre For Women Entrepreneurship

The announcement was made by NTR District Collector G. Boosting Rural Entrepreneurship
The RISE Centre has already trained over 1,000 women and helped nearly 300 families establish small businesses. With the new funding, the centre aims to expand its reach, offering advanced skilling modules and incubation support for rural enterprises.

Infrastructure And Innovation
Funds will also be directed toward creating modern infrastructure, digital tools, and placement activities. The AI-based skill survey will help identify local talent gaps, ensuring training programs are tailored to community needs.

The initiative is expected to significantly enhance women’s participation in entrepreneurship, providing them with resources, mentorship, and market access. By fostering self-reliance, the program aims to transform rural households into sustainable business units.
