Pine Wind Power Strengthens Taiwan’s Green Energy Future with Formosa 2 Offshore Wind Farm

Pine Wind Power Co., Ltd. has announced a significant move in the renewable energy sector by acquiring a 26% interest in the Formosa 2 Offshore Wind Farm, located off the coast of Miaoli County, Taiwan. This operational wind farm boasts a capacity of 376MW and supplies power to approximately 380,000 households. The acquisition, facilitated through J&V Energy's subsidiary, underscores Pine Wind’s commitment to Taiwan's energy transition and long-term cash flow stability. The deal is backed by partners Taiwan Life Insurance Co Ltd and He Jun Energy Co Ltd.
