Piping Hot Deal: Supreme Industries Expands with Wavin India Buyout

Supreme Industries has inked an MOU to take over Wavin India's piping business for $30 million along with net working capital. The agreement involves the transfer of the manufacturing unit in Banmore, Hyderabad, and Neemrana. Supreme's piping capacity will increase by 73,000 MT annually upon acquisition, expanding its service in North and South India. Supreme will also have seven-year exclusive access to Wavin B.V.'s technologies, promoting innovation in India and SAARC nations. The deal will be completed by June 30, 2025, with regulatory approvals.
