Pole-ing Around: Wadala Road Disruption Hits Harbour Line Services!

Train services on Mumbai’s Harbour Line were interrupted for 33 minutes on February 25, 2025, when an unidentified man climbed an overhead equipment (OHE) pole at Wadala Road station. The incident took place at 7:47 PM, causing a halt in train movement until the man was safely rescued at 8:20 PM.  Railway officials quickly cut power to the OHE to ensure safety, which affected services between Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT) and Panvel. Commuters experienced delays and overcrowding as trains were stopped during the busy evening hours.
