The facility has about 10,000 square feet of cleanroom space and advanced machines capable of producing up to 50,000 square meters of high-density, multi-layer PCBs each year. These PCBs are the kinds used when devices need to be compact, reliable, and able to handle large amounts of data — such as in flagship mobile phones or cutting-edge radar systems.

Polymatech says it can make high-speed and high-frequency PCBs, as well as intricate designs with up to 48 layers. This makes it possible to meet the needs of industries that push the limits of electronics, from aerospace to network infrastructure.

Why Estonia and Why Now

The company set up its Estonian arm in late 2024 and began operations earlier this month. The choice of Estonia brings Polymatech closer to European clients and helps it meet the region’s strict quality and manufacturing standards. It’s also part of a shift in strategy — moving from just supplying components to delivering complete, ready-to-use products with a quicker turnaround.

Focus Areas and Market Goals

CEO Eswara Rao Nandam says the plant will play a key role in serving sectors where precision, durability, and advanced design are non-negotiable — defence, aerospace, high-end mobiles, and industrial electronics. European technology partnerships will also help improve innovation and open opportunities in regulated markets.

Part of a Bigger Global Push

This is not Polymatech’s only big-ticket project. The company is also investing heavily in a semiconductor manufacturing facility in Bahrain to produce components for emerging 5G and 6G technologies. Together, these projects point to its ambition to be a major global name in electronics manufacturing, from semiconductors to full-scale PCB production.
