Powering Disinvestment: Centre To Offload Up To 6% In NHPC Via OFS

The President of India, acting through the Ministry of Power, has notified BSE and NSE of its intent to divest part of its holding in NHPC Limited. The OFS structure follows SEBI’s OFS guidelines and is aimed at broadening public float while supporting the Centre’s disinvestment and capital market development agenda.
