Private Placement Pays Off: 63 Moons Technologies Bags ₹106.2 Million to Power Innovation

63 Moons Technologies Limited, on Monday, reported that one of its subsidiaries M/s. 63SATS Cybertech Limited has raised ₹106.2 million via a private placement of 10.62 crore equity shares of face value of Re. 1 each at face value. The action reflects the company's continued efforts to bolster its financial resources and fund growth plans in the future in its technology and financial market solutions businesses.

Subsequent to the above allotment, 63SATS ceases to be the subsidiary of the Company. However, the Management control of 63SATS remains with 63 moons technologies limited, as per the Articles of Association of the Company.

63 moons hold 6,000 Partly-Paid Zero Coupon Unsecured Optionally Fully Convertible Debentures (ZOFCD's) of FV Rs. 1,00,000/- each amounting to Rs. 60 crores. Upon full payment and conversion of the said ZOFCD’s into Equity shares, 63 moons shall hold 60 crore equity shares of FV Re. 1/- each.

The private placement is likely to provide the company with additional resources to finance its product offerings and expand its presence in the rapidly evolving IT and fintech sector. 63 Moons Technologies, with its background in computer programming, consultancy, and straight-through processing (STP) solutions, continues to specialize in providing innovative technology services on asset classes like equities, commodities, currencies, and bonds.

This fresh influx of capital arrives at a time when the company is keen on leveraging new opportunities in the market and staying competitive.
