Ranveer Allahbadia, Samay Raina Booked for Obscene Remarks on ‘India’s Got Latent’

The YouTube performers, Ranveer Allahbadia, better known as BeerBiceps, Samay Raina, and Apoorva Mukhija, have FIRs lodged against them in Mumbai for using abusive language on the show India's Got Latent. Allahbadia's question about the parents of a contestant brought about outrage among the public, which demanded condemnation from Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis. The National Human Rights Commission has asked YouTube to take the episode off. Allahbadia apologized, terming it a "lapse in judgment." Several critics called the show vulgar, including Dhruv Rathee. Legal action is in motion.
