RBI Unveils 'RBIDATA' App for Comprehensive Economic Data Access

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has launched 'RBIDATA', a new mobile application providing access to over 11,000 series of Indian economic and financial data. Released on February 18, 2025, the app offers macroeconomic and financial statistics in a user-friendly format. Users can view time series data through interactive graphs and charts, download information for analysis, and access details such as data sources and measurement units. The app also features a 'Banking Outlet' section to locate nearby banking facilities and provides data on SAARC countries. This initiative aims to serve researchers, students, and the general public by offering quick access to the Database on the Indian Economy portal.
