Refex Renewables Expands into Wind Energy with 153.7 MW Project

Refex Renewables & Infrastructure Limited (RRIL) is making a significant move into the wind energy sector. The company has signed a term sheet to become a wind energy solution provider, positioning itself as an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for wind turbine generators and associated components. This strategic expansion includes plans for a 153.7 MW wind power project, marking RRIL's entry into a new segment of renewable energy. The company will partner with Winvision Enterprises in this venture, with RRIL holding a 75.5% stake in the joint venture entity, Refex Green Energy Limited (RGEL). This move is expected to strengthen Refex's position in the growing renewable energy market.
