Saudi Order Boosts Welspun Corp’s Saudi Associate EPIC with ₹1,165 Crore Contract

Welspun Corp Limited has informed the Indian exchanges that its associate, East Pipes Integrated Company for Industry (EPIC), a listed entity in Saudi Arabia, has signed a contract with the Saudi Water Authority for manufacturing and supplying steel pipes worth more than 485 million SAR, inclusive of value‑added tax.​

 

The contract tenure is six months, with revenue recognition expected across Q4 FY2025‑26 and Q1 FY2026‑27, providing medium‑term visibility for EPIC’s order book and indirectly benefiting Welspun Corp’s consolidated performance through associate earnings. EPIC is a leading producer of Helical Submerged Arc Welded (HSAW) pipes in Saudi Arabia, supported by fully integrated manufacturing facilities and a strong execution track record that aligns with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 infrastructure and water‑sector ambitions.​
