Sharika Enterprises Forms JV to Develop Smart Grid Solutions

Sharika Enterprises Limited has entered into a joint venture agreement with SPIN Engenharia De Automacao Ltda and NAYon Kontrol System on February 11, 2025. The JV aims to develop advanced distribution management systems (ADMS), outage management systems (OMS), and update SCADA systems. Sharika will hold 67% of the JV, with SPIN and NAYon holding 28% and 5% respectively. The partnership will focus on creating smart substation SCADA and ADMS solutions, providing implementation and integration services for customers in India, and developing new products based on market needs. This strategic move positions Sharika Enterprises at the forefront of smart grid technology development in India.
