Shera Energy Strengthens Subsidiary with ₹101.5 Million Investment, Eyes Strategic Expansion

Shera Energy Ltd has made an investment of ₹101.5 million to purchase further equity in its unit, Shera Metal Pvt. Ltd., reflecting the company's focus on growth and operational efficiency. This action is to support the balance sheet of Shera Metal and facilitate the manufacturing of high-margin nickel-based alloys, which will increase profitability. The company will also make further investments in machinery and expanding capacity during the upcoming financial year. Shera Energy's strategic priorities match its vision of diversification and international market expansion, including continuous exploration of Zambia's copper and gold mining possibilities.
