Sigachi Industries Reports 25.66% YoY Increase in Q3 Net Sales

Sigachi Industries Limited has announced its consolidated financial results for the third quarter ending December 31, 2024. The company reported net sales of ₹139.42 crore, marking a 25.66% increase compared to ₹110.95 crore in the same period the previous year. This growth is attributed to a surge in customer demand. Additionally, the net profit for the quarter rose by over 30% year-on-year to ₹21.35 crore, up from ₹16.11 crore. In a strategic move, the Board of Directors appointed Mr. Amit Raj Sinha, the current Managing Director and CEO, as the new Chairman of the Board.
