This platform aims to provide customers with near real-time data on the availability of digital payment channels and services, including internet banking, mobile banking, and payment systems like RTGS, NEFT, and UPI. By offering immediate insights into service statuses, SEWA will empower users to make informed decisions and avoid potential transaction disruptions. This initiative underscores the RBI's commitment to addressing service outages and enhancing the digital payments ecosystem's transparency.
