The facility, which will be India’s largest multi-layer PCB manufacturing unit, is being developed through Syrma Strategic Electronics Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of Syrma SGS. The investment stands at ₹1,595 crore, with Andhra Pradesh government providing a ₹856 crore incentive package to fast-track the project.

The plant will focus on manufacturing single-layer, multi-layer, HDI/flex PCBs, copper clad laminates, and electronics manufacturing services. Syrma SGS’s JV with Shinhyup Electronics will see Syrma holding a 75% stake and Shinhyup 25%, leveraging Korean engineering precision for high-end PCB production. The facility is poised to significantly reduce India’s dependence on imported PCBs and drive backward integration in the domestic electronics supply chain.
