Telangana's Pride: CM Revanth Reddy Inaugurates India's Tallest Gold-Plated Vimana Gopuram

During a historic ritual today, Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy consecrated the exquisite gold-plated Vimana Gopuram to Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy in Yadagirigutta temple. At 50.5 feet tall, this architectural splendor is officially India's tallest gold-plated Vimana Gopuram. The temple, covered in 68 kg of gold on 10,759 square feet, took a total of ₹70 crore to be completed. The elaborate Mahakumbhabhishekam function, chaired by Vanamamalai Math's 31st Pontiff Ramanuja Jeeyar Swamy, was the culmination of a five-day Narasimha Homam. Thousands of devotees were present at this historic moment, with the temple offering Pulihora Prasadam to more than one lakh people.
