Third Rush is positioned as a “Made for the Mood” brand, treating dessert as a standalone social occasion.

The format operates within existing café footprints, avoiding extra rental costs while leveraging current infrastructure.

Designed to increase same-store transactions, especially after 7 PM, when dessert consumption peaks.

Menu Highlights

Six variants of Tres Leches, including coffee-infused and Jim Jam-inspired versions.

Layered cakes, dessert stacks, nostalgic reinterpretations like Parle-G Stack and Bombay Cassata.
