The initial order is valued at approximately USD 50,000 (₹41.5 lakh) and is scheduled for execution in Q4 FY23–24.
The company anticipates repeat monthly orders following successful delivery of the sample batch.

Product Portfolio and Market Focus

The agreement includes the production of Ayurvedic and cosmetic-grade oral care products, such as herbal toothpaste, which are free from harmful chemicals and rich in natural extracts.
Veerhealth Care is also eyeing expansion into body care and skincare segments in the US market, leveraging the growing Western interest in Indian Ayurvedic solutions.

Manufacturing Capabilities and Certifications

All products will be manufactured at the company’s state-of-the-art facility in Vapi, Gujarat, which spans 60,000 sq ft and complies with ISO 9001:2015, Ayurvedic GMP, and Cosmetic GMP standards.
The company is in the final stages of securing US FDA approval for this facility, which will further enhance its credibility in regulated markets.

Expansion and Infrastructure Investment

Veerhealth Care is acquiring an additional 27,451 sq ft of land adjacent to its current plant to establish new CGMP-compliant manufacturing lines.
A ₹33 crore expansion plan is underway, covering land acquisition, machinery procurement, and infrastructure development to meet rising global demand.

Financial Outlook and Growth Ambitions

In FY23, the company reported revenues of ₹13.27 crore and a PAT of ₹1.58 crore.
Management has set an ambitious target to scale revenues to ₹100 crore with a 10% PAT margin over the next 3–4 years, driven by international orders and private-label manufacturing.

Brand and Clientele

Veerhealth Care operates under its proprietary brand AYUVEER, offering a wide range of personal care products across e-commerce and offline retail channels.
The company already serves major Indian pharmacy chains like Apollo Pharmacy and DavaIndia and is now extending its reach to global institutional clients.
