Wings of Change: Adani Foundation's 'Butterfly Effect' Takes Flight for Women's Empowerment

The Adani Foundation revealed its new approach called 'Butterfly Effect' at a national-level roundtable in New Delhi on February 19, 2025, aimed at addressing evolving needs among women spanning from education, health, and sustainable livelihoods throughout their life stages. The event was attended by key stakeholders to discuss the accelerated ways in which women could be empowered across the country. Together with the framework, the Foundation launched the 'Supporting Her Exponential Empowerment (S.H.E.)' Report that detailed various ongoing efforts. CEO Abhishek Lakhtakia stated, 'Opportunity throughout their life stages should not be unequal.' The Foundation's initiatives have touched over two million women and girls across the country till date.
