A Gurugram woman's LinkedIn post about her interview experience at Zomato has gone viral, highlighting the company's positive work culture. Despite not landing the job, she described it as one of the best interview experiences, praising the valuable feedback received. CEO Deepinder Goyal responded to the post, revealing that Zomato has received over 18,000 applications for various roles, including the highly publicized Chief of Staff position. The company has already hired 30 candidates, with 18 joining high-impact roles across Zomato and its group companies. This hiring spree comes as Zomato continues to innovate in the food delivery sector, with Goyal emphasizing the need for change and the potential of 10-minute deliveries as a game-changer.
