Alka India’s Triple Play: Dividend, Bonus Issue, And Diversification Into Ethanol & Metals

Alka India Limited’s Board of Directors, in its meeting on April 7, 2026, approved three major resolutions: a final dividend, a bonus issue of equity shares, and an alteration of the company’s Memorandum of Association to expand into ethanol and metals.
