Fast Food Just Got Faster: Zomato's 10-Minute Service Sprints to 8% of Volumes

Zomato's new 10-minute food delivery service, "Zomato Instant," now accounts for 8% of the platform's overall order volumes, CEO Deepinder Goyal said. Created to address increasing consumer demand for speed, the service targets high-demand locations with strategically located finishing stations and a small menu of quick-moving items. Goyal insisted that the safety of delivery partners is not compromised. This high-speed delivery venture puts Zomato at the forefront of the aggressive quick-commerce industry, following in the footsteps of competitors Swiggy and Zepto.
