Departing from Raj Bhavan early morning on October 22, the President's journey to the hill shrine involves air and road transit through Pampa, the base station of the pilgrimage.

President Murmu will perform traditional purification rituals at the Pampa river and participate in the sacred Irumudikkettu ceremony, reflecting deep engagement with the pilgrimage customs.
