Srivathsa, MLA of Krishnaraja Constituency, and Uday Prakash, Vice President of Strategy and Implementation at Herbalife India. This move not only accelerates green mobility but also empowers vulnerable women—such as single mothers, widows, survivors of abuse, and transgender individuals—with tools for financial independence.

Key Highlights

Over 75 women received electric autos equipped with localized driving training, licensing support, vehicle maintenance skills, digital payment tools, financial literacy sessions, and self-defense training to ensure safe and viable operations on high-demand routes.
Builds on Bengaluru's 2024 rollout, where 115 beneficiaries tripled their monthly incomes from ₹10,000 to over ₹30,000, positively impacting more than 750 community members through clean transport services.
Kicks off the year-long “Green Mysuru, Clean Mysuru” campaign, aligning with India’s FAME-II scheme; projected to cut emissions equivalent to planting 1.4 lakh trees over five years and generate ₹50 crore in total earnings for drivers.
