Hero MotoCorp has clarified that it has no relation to Hero Motors Limited, emphasizing that a recent report about Hero Motors forming a joint venture with SchmiedeTechnik is not related to the company. This clarification comes after the stock exchange sought details regarding the media report. Hero MotoCorp is a separate entity focused on motorcycles and has its own strategic partnerships, including one with Harley-Davidson for new bike models. The company has been involved in various initiatives, including investments in solar power projects for its plants.
