Indef Manufacturing Ltd Makes Stock Market Debut: Shares to List on BSE Today

Indef Manufacturing Limited (IML), the recently demerged entity from Hercules Hoists Limited, is set to make its stock market debut today, February 21, 2025. The company's equity shares will be listed and admitted to trading on the BSE under the scrip code 544364. IML's listing follows the completion of a demerger scheme approved by the NCLT in August 2024. The company has allotted 3,20,00,000 equity shares of Re. 1 each to eligible shareholders of Hercules Hoists on a 1:1 basis. Trading will commence in the 'T' group of securities, with the scrip placed under a special pre-open session and trade-for-trade segment for the initial 10 trading days, as per SEBI guidelines.
