JTL Industries Expands into Copper and Brass with Strategic RCI Plant Acquisition

JTL Industries Limited has commenced operations at the RCI Industries & Technologies Limited plant following NCLT approval. The company signed an MOU to produce up to 200MT/month of copper and brass alloys through job-work at RCI's state-of-the-art facility in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh. This strategic move aligns with JTL's expansion into new sectors, particularly defense supplies, leveraging RCI's 15,000 MTPA capacity for copper and brass strips. The acquisition is expected to significantly contribute to JTL's topline by FY27, diversifying its product portfolio beyond steel tubes. Management expressed enthusiasm about entering new segments and gaining new customers, positioning JTL for strong future growth in the metal manufacturing sector.
